We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Cosy Stay. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the High Street and supermarkets. The house was incredibly comfortable, warm, and exceptionally clean. With 2 adults and 2 adult children, we found the space to be perfect for our needs. The little extras like a nice selection of teas and coffees, toiletries, and a well-equipped kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable. We could easily have stayed longer!

Location great. 5 min walk from High St & supermarkets. House very comfy & warm. Exceptionally clean. Could easily stay longer than 2 nights. Lots of little extras - nice selection of teas/coffees, toiletries, etc. Well-equipped kitchen.
No parking nearby at first - busy road. Had to park on double yellows to unload.

I keep coming back because it's cozy, affordable and the staff is helpful. They even gave me currency tips on my first stay. Rooms have Wi-Fi, TV, kettle. There's an off-site car park and it's a smoke-free property. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the bustling High Street and convenient supermarkets for our self-catering needs. The house itself was incredibly comfortable and warm, providing a cozy retreat for us. Everything was exceptionally clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful little extras like a great selection of teas, coffees, and toiletries. The well-equipped kitchen was a bonus, making it easy for us to prepare meals during our stay. We could have easily stayed longer and felt right at home.

We stayed at Cosy Stay for 2 nights while visiting Newmarket. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the High Street and supermarkets. The house was incredibly comfortable and warm, and exceptionally clean. The attention to detail was impressive, with a nice selection of teas and coffees, toiletries, and a well-equipped kitchen. We could easily have stayed longer with our adult children. Highly recommended!

The 2-bedroom apartment at Newmarket Cosy Stay was absolutely amazing! The living room had a fantastic flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and oven made me feel right at home, and the bathroom with a shower was just what I needed. As an older guest, I really appreciated the comfort and convenience of this cozy apartment.
Personally, I found the fully equipped kitchen to be a bit overwhelming, but I understand that others might enjoy cooking during their stay.
